Janine Lindsay’s lifelong love of ballet began in early childhood and was profoundly shaped by her experience performing with the Perth City Ballet Company at the Aberdeen International Youth Festival at age 15. That formative tour sparked her deep appreciation for the power of dance, travel, and performance in shaping young lives.
Years later, Janine reconnected with the dance world as a parent—first through her daughters’ recreational classes, and later through her son’s journey in PSB’s Professional Training Program. Her unique dual perspective as both a dancer and a parent now informs her work as a Director, where she is deeply committed to creating meaningful and well-rounded experiences for every student.
Janine brings a strong focus on student wellbeing, family connection, and the broader life lessons that dance offers—ensuring that every child, whether dancing for fun or for their future, feels seen, supported, and inspired.
