Parents’ Week – Term 3 2026

Parents’ Week is always a special time at The Perth School of Ballet and a wonderful opportunity for parents and carers to step into the studio and see first-hand the focus, dedication, and progress students make throughout the term.

We warmly invite families to join us during:

Monday 3 August to Saturday 8 August

During this week, parents and carers are welcome to observe their child’s class and experience a glimpse into our training environment. Ballet classes often move quickly and there is always a great deal happening in the studio, making this a valuable opportunity to see the work that goes into developing strong technique, musicality, and artistry.

Please note that there is no viewing for Professional Training Program classes.

Helping the Week Run Smoothly

Parents’ Week is always a busy and exciting time in the studios. To help classes run as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask families to keep a few things in mind:

  • Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly before and after classes, so dancers can remain focused.
  • If possible, leave younger siblings at home or bring something quiet to keep them entertained.
  • Seating is limited, so you may wish to bring a folding chair or cushion.
  • Some classes are quite full, so space may be limited. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

A Special Moment for Our Dancers

For many students, Parents’ Week is something they look forward to each term. It is an opportunity to proudly share what they have been learning and to demonstrate the progress they have made in class.

We look forward to welcoming our PSB families into the studio and sharing the week with you.
